Norton & Luhn, P.C. was established as a general law practice on May 1, 1986. Mr. Luhn is the managing shareholder of the firm. He is engaged in the general practice of law with a focus in the areas of estate planning, corporate law, business law, wills, probate, and tax law. Mr. Luhn has served as an instructor for attorneys, accountants, and other professionals for continuing education through the National Business Institute. He has also presented on numerous occasions to community groups and at the University of Tennessee. He currently is a Board Member on the Knoxville Estate Planning Council and serves as counsel to various charitable entities.

Melody S. Luhn

Mrs. Luhn practices exclusively family law, including divorce and post-divorce litigation, child custody, child support, paternity cases, etc. 

She was voted “Top Attorney” for Family Law/Divorce in Knoxville’s Cityview Magazine in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018.  

She is a Rule 31 Listed Family Mediator and a regular instructor for Continuing Legal Education seminars, teaching various family law topics.
