Mr. Luhn is engaged in the general practice of law with a focus in the areas of estate planning, corporate law, business law, wills, probate, and tax law. Mr. Luhn has served as an instructor for attorneys, accountants, and other professionals for continuing education through the National Business Institute. He has also presented on numerous occasions to community groups and at the University of Tennessee. Mr. Luhn has also written for the Tennessee Young Lawyer, a publication of the Tennessee Bar Association.

Mr. Luhn is a Knoxville native. He has been practicing law in Tennessee since 2003. Mr. Luhn earned his B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) from University of Tennessee at Knoxville, magna cum laude, in 2000, and his juris doctorate in 2003 from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he was awarded the Dean's Citation for Extraordinary Contribution to the College of Law.

Mr Luhn is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and the Knoxville Estate Planning Council.

He works with his wife, Melody Luhn (a divorce attorney), even sharing adjoining offices. They have four children—ages 7, 6, 4, and 3.
